    Yes I am storing it at room temp....i think I'll try one just to see the taste after 1 week so I can see how much it changes the 2nd week. It's my first bottling so I would like to see the difference.

    Just bottled my first home brew Sunday...will be ready just in time for the super bowl! Just wasn't sure if I needed to pop one open after a week or so to see how it was tasting.

    It was a dry yeast that I rehydrated..Windsor I believe. The room I keep it in usually stays around 68 to 70 so I have never had to cool it...this morning I couldn't because I had to work.

    I made a Chocolate stout yesterday and when I woke up this morning it was already bubbling and the temp climbed to around 78...i had to go to work and couldn't do anything about bringing it down. Will it be ok?

    Help with adding cherry juice

    Making a chocolate cherry stout this weekend....going to add 2..33oz bottles 100% cherry juice to secondary....will that be 2 much? Also adding 4oz of cocoa withh 5min left in boil....then 6oz of cocoa nibs in secondary...how do you think that will turn out?
