    The O-ring on the liquid out post could be the culprit. If worn out or damaged, it causes turbulence when pouring resulting in all foam and flat beer.

    I had same problem on a couple corny kegs and the fix was replacing the O-ring on the liquid out post. Inspect and replace whatever O-ring that correlates to your Sankey set up.

    I have a couple of 15 gallon torpedo kegs with floating dip tubes that I ferment 10 gallon batches. Very easy to clean, spund, and transfer to serving kegs.

    I went through the same struggles also. Last few attempts were not perfect but had more banana. I shoot for 5.45 PH (lessens sourness), pitch yeast at 53F and let free rise and hold at 72F for duration. My recipe had 70% wheat and WLP300 yeast.
