    Thinking about using up some stuff I have left over. Was going to do a 2 gallon brew with 1lb each of light, dark, and wheat malt along with 1oz of halleratu and us-05 yeast. Anyone have any experience with this mixture or know what it may end up like?

    coopers stout

    i currently have a can of coopers stout which im going to brew with 500g of dark dme and 500g of light dme. was wondering if adding some molasses would be any good and if so how much? thanks in advance for any possible help

    Left over brew

    I currently have a coopers draught, 300 grams of dextrose and muntons Beerkit enhancer. Was thinking of adding 1 oz of brewers gold boiled at 30 min. But not sure if it would be any good to also add 1oz of cascade that I have left also any help would be great. Thanks

    I'm basically taking a coopers stout that make 5 gallons and making a 2 gallon recipe with it. And adding about 250 grams of liquid dark malt extract

    The recipe calls for 2 cans of stout to produce a 8.0% abv. Was hoping that the coopers stout would do about the same. It also has some hops and a pack of lme robust which I was going to replace with some dark extract.

    I'm planning on making a recipe that calls for 2 cans (850g each) of Mr beer. But was thinking about trying it with 1 coopers(1.7kg). Was just wondering if anyone has tried something like this?
