    Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

    I've got this fermenting with wlp002. Was thinking about possibly dry hopping with some citra, but I think I'll hold of and use that in my pale ale.

    How many back up kegs do you have?

    3 taps and 10 kegs, but looking to sell 2 of the pinlocksi have. I jay picked up 2 additional ball locks for $20a piece. They were too cheap not to buy. I'll probably be ok with 8 though.

    My first brewing-related injury

    I thought I broke my finger yesterday while trying to tighten the gas nozzle onto my propane tank. It subsequently broke causing my finger to smash into the edge of the guard around the top. I managed to use another burner I had and finished the brew day.

    Rusty scratches in bottom of corny keg

    Yeah, I was thinking of doing that. I just was curious if anyone else has had luck using a corny for beer after they cleaned the rust without getting an infection.
