Hi Guys, Since we are getting near to Oktoberfest, and then the holidays. I'm looking to plan out my next few beers... I wanted to see if I could collect a few extract based, well proven beers for the seasonal brews. Stuff that would be ok for a newbie to brew. Looking for: A nice German...

Neat setup! While I am just starting, I noticed a number of people have Blichmann equipment. Or something from them, are they held in high regard in home brewing?

Wow! That's a great setup. Lots of cool stuff happening in there. I need to get a table. I have a table I use for lightbox photography, for the first brew I'll use it. But I'll want something more permanent. I orders a super agata and a vintner washer and tree stand. Hope they all work well. :)
