    Yes. I think it might be the pop it...not sure though. This beer is for aa wedding next week so im in a hurry to fix it. When I take it off though I hear a little air escape the top for a few seconds

    Hit my beer with 20psi and gas is not going in. Replaced the O ring and lubed it. When I turn the gas on you can tell some goes in but I can feel it spraying out as well. Wasting c02 trying to fix this. Any ideas?

    Thanks Denny. Purchasing that! I have my 70 qt extreme with as braid and its wonderful for higher gravities but I'm getting in to the lower gravity beers now and don't want so much dead space. Thanks again

    Soured a wit with roselare and its been 4-5 months. Tasted today, very mild...taste very interesting..not bad..not great..a little tart. Clove flavor mostly...anyone have exp with this yeast and how long for it to really sour up? Looked kind or gross on top as well...not moldy tho
