    Has anyone experimented with re-using their yeast? Ive heard about the method of just pouring a new, cooled wort right on top of the old yeast bed. However I am interisted in saving the actual yeast for later use. Brew on! Thanks for your time, Tom

    Brewers, For Christmas I just received the Muntons gold india pale ale. The directions say poor the extract into the fermenter then poor in boiling water,mix, add the yeast, yadda yadda yadda. I was always told to boil the extact and water for about an hour. Is this not the case...
