Yeah I noticed this as well and I don't believe it is how I boiled it because I did a late LME addition and my cream ale turned out very light in color so I do not think it is my boiling. I believe this IPA is just a little on the darker side.
Oh nice I can't wait till I can finally do some sort of fridge ferm chamber. I currently use a cool brewing fermentation chamber that has been working quite well. I was fermenting at 58 and no on lagering at around 48-50 using only frozen two liters!
Just wondering what everyone will be doing with their return in regards to brewing? I am considering getting a beer gun and bottle capper as well as a few little things.
That is awesome congratulations! My Fiancee is not a huge fan of the wonderful smells of brew day but she stands it and supports me in what I do which is great.
