Hey Zeus, You mentioned having a/some contactors with switches that would work well for main power. Any of those available, and do you have any more info/pics? Trying decided if I like that solution more than another 120v coil contactor + switch. Thanks.

PM box seems to be full. Interested in the smaller Hoffman enclosures (the hinged one preferably). Also looking for some 3 way selector switches, illuminated pushbutton switches. Could probably use a din rail and fuses/distribution blocks, but haven't sorted that all out yet. Shipping to...

So this is slightly related, but since we're talking PWMs, I figured I'd ask. I'm looking at grabbing a PWM from eBay (got a stack of eBay Bucks sitting around), but want to make sure I can adapt it to suit my brewing needs. I'm looking at this (many of them available ~$10 on eBay)...

I got the aluminum grips from McMaster that kal used in his build. They seem to be good quality and were rather cheap if I remember correctly. Might start there.

Church Brew Works is a great recommendation (awesome food too). I'd add Fat Head's Saloon (www.fatheads.com) in the Southside. Usually have an awesome tap list and good wings (and HUGE burgers). Fat Head's also has their own beer brewed at their brewery, and they tend to be quite good.

This may be the exact reference I needed to have available to finally go out and buy a refractometer. I've seen some posts about decently nice ones on ebay for ~$20.

This is a neat idea. I'm basically picturing an oversized sight glass with a sealable top. Any reason to need to cycle the wort each time? Assuming your wort is mixed well before it gets drawn into the sight glass portion, is it safe to say the fermentation would be consistent?

Stumbled upon a 6 pack of it at one of my local go-to beer shops. I'm a big fan of rye IPAs and SN, so I couldn't pass it up. I'm definitely impressed with it.

Nice looking set up. One question for ya: what's on that keggle? Was it a rubber coated keg, or is that after market? I'm assuming it's helping hold temps to some degree.
