I wasn't into beer at that time. I did tour the bitburger brewery lol, and the Heineken when we went to Amsterdam with my ex brother in law.

im so desperated i might just make a starter to get my fix.

Honestly I've never understood the allure of Phish...is it a generational thing? If so what would be the age range that someone would start or continue to like Phish? I'm 37 and can honestly say I don't think I've knowingly ever heard a Phish song...

    Newbie from Dallas, TX

I used to live right there. I live way the hell north now. Past Frisco on 380 between Denton and Frisco.

    Hey There from Dallas(ish)

Yep, it's off the tollway and down 380 a few miles. We like it. I grew up in Garland and Mesquite. Is there a Dallas group that gets together? If not we should start one!

    Heineken

When I lived in southwest Germany, we would make beer runs to the Netherlands. I loved the brown bottle Heineken.

    Hey There from Dallas(ish)

Hey everybody. I have posted once or twice on here, but I thought I would introduce myself. My name is Seth Crosland and I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I just brewed my first batch this weekend. I'm so excited that I can't stop looking that little bubbles coming out of the fermenter...

    Thank You

Hey ya'll. I'm a brand newbie and brewed my first batch yesterday (Brewer's Best American Cream Ale). I had a near panic when I accidentally put hops in the wrong order (they really should label those better! [LOL]), but I found this forum and knew not to panic. I hope to learn from this...
