Just tapped the keg on a batch of this I brewed about a month ago...I say this recipe, but I buggered it up a bit. When I purchased the grain bill for this one, I was also purchasing a bill for another beer, and forgot to divide the crystal for the other batch, so it had a half pound or so more...

Tried to brew a honey apricot, but entered stuck sparge hell and said eff it after I couldn't get it to run. Now drinking a pint of angry irish red and planning on starting over tomorrow since I have some time.

I can't find anything on it. That really sucks. MLB network has become my go to default sports network to just leave it on if I'm doing other things.

Does anyone watch this on MLB? They are apparently having a homebrew contest between themselves. I sure hope this isn't like the White House beer recipe threads! I just thought it was pretty cool and good advertising for our hobby.

I for one enjoy the homebrew Wednesday videos. It makes me want to go out and brew (which I'm thinking I'll now do tomorrow...)!

I thought it was good. Too Big to Fail was great too, but I don't think it is on Netflix...at least I haven't looked to see whether it is or not.

That's exactly what I did. I used the carboy once and now it has Edworts appfelwein in it. Probably won't ever hold beer again. This batch of appfelwein will be done and it will be time to start another!
