OK i just purchased a 3 cornelius keg kit...how should i carbonate the beer...naturally with corn sugar or with the co2 tank....if i should just force carbonate it how is this done? at what temp? and what pressure?....also when i bottle i leave the beer in the bottle for 3 weeks @ room temp b4 i...

yeah i popped the smack pak...not making a starter though ive always used them w/o starters and fermentation always starts in about 8 hours....ill start brewing in an hour or so:mug:

im glad u didnt feel like u wasted ur money so far out of the george washington porter,black lager and the heffwiezen the only one i like was the heff.

I might end up brewing next sat instead of this sat to....depends if i got a microbiology test or not:( ....but maybe ill be able to sneak some brewing time...:mug:

just tried the black lager and i didnt like it thought it was watered down and the george washington porter was not to good either

ill be trying the sam adams george washington porter today....and i found a place that sells dead guy ale so ill be trying that as well....tried the sierra nevada stout on friday and i thought it was really good

i tried the hefwiezen yesterday and it was pretty good.

Which is you favorite sam adams beer?

sounds good then ill keep posting how its going as it progresses....then maybe we can do a trade and see which one tasted better...Ag or Extract.

well my nect brew ill be using DME....my last 2 brews i used LME and i want to be able to tell the difference so ill see how it goes

im down for that...im brewing this coming sat....we can compare because i believe u got the AG version and im doing the extract version....i alos decided not to get the alcohol boost.
