    most of my summer beers are supposed to be in the 4-4.5% range so i can sit out on the deck and enjoy a few without too many consequences. the lutra surprised me with how low it took the beer down and i mashed in at 156 for this batch.

    Done with MFLs for my corny connectors

    this. I have a 6 tap kegerator and I think 14 kegs now with a little more than half being pin-lock. but with MFL's i can easily use either. I do have a wrench and I do make sure they are snug every time i move them. I have had more tanks drain from bad o-rings on post than loose MFP's.

    I have a beer made with lutra kviek in the fermenter. it'll get kegged this weekend. looks like i'm going to pour this on top of it since i also have another high temp pale ale going in this weekend ( tropical IPA) will report back.

    heheheheheh. i'm in the process of trying to brew a batch every other day since i work from home i can mill and mash on my lunch. have to let kegs naturally carbonate in basement while i replace gaskets on my keggorator. i just bought 50lbs of pale malt for $55 from the home brew shop.
