I didn't stir my first batch but had a nice syphon whirlpool going. No inconsistencies. I'm expecting them with this batch though. At least it was only 2.5 gal cause the other half was secondaried on strawberries. Will be bottling that this weekend I believe.

I believe it will. I can't find small enough bearings for a reasonable price shipped. I searched high and low for a good all around gap and .030 seems to be a good one. Cold roll is fairly cheap for the rollers. I could have cut cost by just using 1/8" plate for the sides and use the 1/2"...
