Deleted, resolved my own issue. Make sure relays are inverted. I couldn't get them cooperate inverted initially, so set them as not inverted, but they're happy inverted now.

I'm a huge fan of my Inkbird PIDs. I have an IPB -16S that runs great with a 1650W element and a steam condenser, and a 100-VH that works great for 220V.

I feel like it's mentioned elsewhere in this thread (and in other different BrewPi threads), but if your cooling and heating relays aren't engaging, try switching their settings from inverted to not inverted. Mine weren't cooperating and it was driving me crazy because my wiring looked okay...
