    Weiss or Similar

I'm rather new to brewing (about 6 or 7 brews) but I made a Hefe that had a strong banana flavor. get a Hefewizen yeast and ferment on the high side of the temperature range for clove and :ban: flavor.

    My Keezer Build!

It's a pre wired Kegco temp controller. Didn't feel like doing my own wiring that day. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LHMX4L2/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20 Got some pretty mixed review but I decided to roll the dice and it worked out great for me.

Not as clean as some of the ones I've seen on here. But I have limited space to work and limited tools. Hope you guys like it! I have to get a bigger drip tray and eventually a third keg and tap. but for now shes done! Not bad for a $75 dollar freezer I found on facebook! :mug:

    IPA hate

I really didnt like IPA's like at all... that flowery bitter bs what kinda beer is this!? Then I brewed my first RyePA. And I fell in love with hops. I like all IPA's but the RyePA is my favorite overly hoppy style.

    I love PBR.

It's kind of Ironic I grew up outside of Peoria, IL where there once was a Pabst brewery. But I believe it shut down sometime in the 70's? (dont quote me on that) Long before my time... Would of been cool to go on a tour there. Hell I probably would of tried to get a job there :).

    Light colored Extract beers. Possible?

Is it even possible to get a really nice pale or straw colored beer using extract? I've tried late additions, shorter boils, ect. I'm in the process of acquiring the all grain equipment but in the mean time i'll probably brew a few extracts. Should I just stop trying to get straw and pale beers...

    Done with glass

I've never had a brew come out with pickle taste/aroma. And I usually just wash one good time after I get them before brewing. Edit: But If you have the money to spend I guess for the piece of mind it's worth it. I just like to save money when I can.

    Done with glass

The first two or so times you use them they smell. But after that it just smells like beer. I haven't ever noticed any pickle flavor or aroma in my brews so Im gonna continue to use them.

    Done with glass

If you live near a Jimmy Johns ask them for pickle buckets. I have like 4 FREE 6.5 gallon Buckets with the most ridiculous seal (rubber o ring and all). they work awesome for primary. Just gotta drill a hole and give them a good washing because they stink like pickles.
