Yakima Valley Hops.....Exceptional Customer Service....Very responsive and great product

I've used Muntons too. But I always seem to get better extraction from Crisp. The beers I've brewed with it have had a better taste too than when I used Muntons. Muntons is OK, I just prefer Crisp if I can get it. Also, Crisp is floor malted where Munton used pneumatic process.

Thanks... I had checked their website the other day but they advertised Munton as did Arbor on their website. I know Karps carries Muntons too. BTW....I love using MO in a SMASH

Anybody know of a homebrew shop on the Island that carries Crisp Maris Otter? All I seem to come across is Muntons.

Other than crappy faucets, what are your thoughts regarding the unit. Best Buy is cutting the price on these so looks like a good deal but I question the overall quality and how well it cools the beer. Would you guys that have one recommend buying one.

I'm in. We obviously missed last week. I am good any Friday night if that works or if it needs to be a Saturday its probably July 15 or 22.

My favorite is Sand City in Northport. Also, a 2nd Brewery just opened in Northport called Harbor Head.

We now have a 2nd Brewery in Northport in Britannia Yacht Center...but no tasting room there. We should pick a day and grab a few flights at Sand City and BS about what we are brewing.

Exactly. Karp's is Awesome. And Sand City Brewery on main st. is great.

Northport

On Saturday I just Brewed an IPA and tried it with only using Mosaic Hops. Then I bottled a small SMaSH test batch that was Marris Otter and Exp Stone Fruit (#06297) Hops.
