    So im switching to BIAB and going to use a propane burner with a budget of $55. Right now im thinking the Bayou SP10 or Bayou SQ14 . I like the SP10 because of the windscreen but SQ14 looks sturdier. Thanks in advance for any advice/help

    I can't get my IPAs hoppy enough and figured my water was the issue. the bru'n water thing doesnt have area for partial mash. Ive tried setting it up and it isn't worked. Epsom salt is something I have not tried.

    my drop hop method is I put the dry hops into a muslin sack for 5 to 7 days before bottling. When I remove the muslin, I squeeze it out. Then I transfer it to the bottling bucket. Never had any issues with clarity.
