    I did use the yeast and this was the result this picture is what was left in my bottling bucket, will post a pic once its bottle condition. The yeast is a beast and aggressive, you have to use a blowoff tube!

    So I have the BSG auto siphon. My issue is when I dry hop, some of the particles get through the cane and go into my bottling bucket. I tried using a nylon grain bag, nylon hop bag, and a muslin bag attached to the siphon cane to block those particles. However, it prevents the auto siphon...

    Does anyone have a good hop combo for a New England IPA that doesnt use citra hops? I'm looking for any suggestions. I'm guessing I'm going to go with Mosaic, Amarillo, and simcoe ? I dont want to use Mandarina Bavaria or Citra

    There was stuff in the airlock blocking it. This beer shouldn't need a blow-off tube but I'll keep checking to make sure it doesn't happen again

    It seems it was something with my airlock. I sanitized another one and switched them. Now it's bubbling up a storm. Might just have been coincidence in my timing I don't know. I just never had it happen before. It almost looks like yeast or form in air lock that may have limited air flow

    The fermenter and lid are brand new. Only used once. I double checked to make sure it's on tight.
