Whenever i'm in a jam and need/want to come up with something quick, I always throwdown a British Bitter. Low ABV, done in 3 weeks easy and most definately quaffable. However doesn't meet the want for wheat. That's just my .02

I usually try to keep something for every mood around and on tap. Most commonly though i have on tap or bottled a: British Bitter Scottish 80 an IPA or Pale Ale IIPA or Barley wine and a stout variation or a smoked porter Usually i just keep the same things on tap cause i've found...

I've got probably about 15 extract under my belt, and have since started to acquire everything for the AG. I'm hoping to crank out 2 or so extract then do the same recipe but in all grain to really compare the 2 methods here in about 4 months once i collect everything up.

Soon here you'll get to know how much ou need to brew so that as one batch runs out, your next is ready. Or you'll just start brewing so often that you build up a stockpile. Otherwise congrats on what sounds to have been a good first running.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Most of it for me is the brewing itself....I tell my friends "it's like science that you can drink" They tend to usually understand a little better after that.
