I used to ride the trails 3 or 4 times a week and commute 5 miles everyday and I will again when i move back to Coastal NC. It's way too hot for that out here in OK.

I've had the same issue in my fermentation fridge...try a tub or box of Baking soda. It doesn't stop it dead in its tracks for me but it takes a hell of alot longer for it to develop now.

If you can find it anything from Firestone Walker brewing Co. is good and a few from Bear republic as well.

Welcome, you don't have it too bad i'm getting ready to move into beer hell. Oklahoma. I'm not totally up to date on all their current laws but i'm pretty sure no beer over 3.2% is the real tear jerker. Then again the no homebrewing "law" atleast Alabama and Utah have something in the works...
