Why did you place a heating pad under your Carboy? Ale yeast is pretty hardy stuff and mid 90's while high isn't enough to kill all the yeast. I think you're fine to bottle but I'd shy away from heating pads during fermentation and keep the Carboy in a heated room. RAHAHB Sent from my iPhone...
