You should have it fermenting in a sealed container, not an open container unless I'm misunderstanding? I know nothing about 'wild fermentation' so maybe I'm the wrong guy to ask :)

Yeah that's looking good to me. Set it and forget it and watch the fermentation process!

If it's early in the brew you may want to give it a shake and get some of that yeast into the brew. If it's in fact yeast, that's an awful lot to just be sitting there.

I've had those Darkness variants and they're all great! I think the S'More one is my fav!

I had a friend recently try to ship wine through UPS. He got a call and said we know what's in here and if you don't come and pick it up in 30 minutes we're dumping it out. Just depends on how power hungry the workers are I guess.

Yeah it can be done. I use pennies within the package to be safe. Their flat rate boxes is an economical way to ship. UPS seem to be the sticklers for me. FedEx doesn't care at all but are typically more expensive.

I've used White Labs yeast. Same company on those IPAs or just a coincidence?
