    Does this look normal

Try mixing up some clear pectin. (it's like clear jello). About half a cup or less. Should grab any particles and settle at the bottom. So. I've heard anyway

    First brew!

Oh, it still needs to sit in the secondary for about another 3 to 4 weeks. Then I'll bottle and leave in a dark dismale corner for two weeks LoL. Then I'll crack open o e when it is good and cold

    Airlock slowed down on bubbling

Awesome!! I didn't have bubbles in my primary for two days, moved it to the secondary yesterday. The beer tested awesome, I can't wait for it to be finished.. Had two of my buddies try the sample as well, they thought it was awesome as well... I do have a little worry in the back of my head...

    Airlock slowed down on bubbling

Just move my first batch to the secondary. I'm not getting and bubbles in the airlock, should I worry or RDWHAHB . Did I screw something up?

I just realized I've not sanitized anything

It's been the primary for 4 days now. The directions tell me to move it to the secondary between four and six days after bubbling has stopped in the airlock. It hasn't bubbled in a day and a half now. Or, should I leave it in the primary for another week?

I just realized I've not sanitized anything

That takes a lot of my mine first brew. I did the same thing four days ago. My first brew too.. Panic. I'm glad that someone else has done that LoL!! I still smell alcohol coming out of the airlock. That is a good thing right? Getting ready to probably move to secondary tomorrow. Airlock...

    Airlock slowed down on bubbling

I guess I was being a little gung ho about the fermenting. Just want to make sure it right. And want the bottles to condition on carb nice..

    Airlock slowed down on bubbling

I planned on leaving it in the primary for four weeks, then move to PET carboy for four more weeks, then bottle and leave for two weeks. Then stick me in the fridge for two weeks. So, over all I don't need to worry about the yeast being dead, since the bubbling slowed down.

    Airlock slowed down on bubbling

Should I be worried that my my batch is screwed up? Only been in the primary for 2 days now. Yesterday the bubbling in the airlock was pretty steady, bubbles every 3 to 4 seconds. Today, ever 14 to 16 seconds. Should I be worried? Or RDWHAHB. (first batch ever brewed, still a newbie)

Well to anyone that was up with me last night. I got good bubbles going on my airlock. Was a little worried when I pitch the yeast at 3:47am this morning. Half asleep when I did it. LoL! Looking good right now. Going going to leave it in the primary for about four weeks, then rack it to a...

    Wort not wanting to boil

Well. I guess my first batch might be screwed up then.. Left the lid on after I added the bittering hops into the pot.. Let it do its thing with the lid on for 45min before I saw the thread where I shouldn't leave the lid on the pot. Is the batch shot?
