    Being Irish i do love a good stout but I’m also very partial to a nice strong IPA. I don’t think there’s a beer that i could’nt drink although if i had to choose it would be wheat beers that would be bottom of the list.

    In the beginning i used to think it was the same for all beers but as they say “you live and learn” and from now on I’ll be asking on here for advice. Honestly this site is a godsend and I’m so i glad i found it.

    I’ve only ever used the drops but i think because it was always the simple option but im looking into priming the batch in the future.

    Smells like egg!!!!

    I’m glad to hear this. I was starting to worry about my brew. It’s an English ipa and it’s just past 2 days fermenting, came down stairs this morning and smelled the sulphur/egg smell and thought my beer had gone wrong. Thanks for this reassurance.

    I had a similar problem. One drop for 330ml bottles worked a treat and even the 2 drops for the 750ml bottles was perfect but the 500ml bottles i was advised by a few sites to only use one drop and it was almost flat when i tried it. I’m gonna try and break a few of them and go in the middle...
