I brew AG in my kitchen with an 8" burner and get 8 gallons from 140 boiling in about 20 minutes. I also made a foil blanket for my kettle(remade about every 6 batches), which helps alot.

I have 2 20 oz's used for carbing and dispensing. The tanks are working out very well and last longer than expected. When one runs out I just get it filled on the way home from work.

Has anyone aged this recipe? I'm assuming you would just loose some hop flavor/bitterness. I have two kegs that will be about 3 months old when they are tapped(full pipeline)

Can I get by with a 6 quart pressure cooker? I got it for free and would rather not pay 30$ for a new one. Also do you need to have a pressure gauge?

I just ordered the pot off of Amazon for $86. Does anyone have any recommendations for a weld-less fitting setup? I cannot figure out what size I need to order (looking at bargainfittings.com) without having the pot here? I will be using this with a domed false bottom. Thanks

I made the HUGE mistake of using Calypso(+a little Chinook) hops during an IPA and it turned out awful. Please do NOT consider using this hops. Thanks.

I only do 5.5 gallon batches with my 10 gal cooler and false bottom, and I only get 60% at best. I have done batches with 8-17lbs of grain with similar results.

I have bought two of these and am currently fermenting in both. When you get your make sure you measure out a gallon at a time and mark it on the side with permanent marker. I forgot to mark mine, can someone post there measurements? Thanks

I ordered 4 single handles from bev elements and all had several major dents and one had an unusable post. All internal orings were bad. After switching orings they did hold pressure though. Also they had assorted poppits which needed new orings. Overall after shipping and orings($~40 per keg...
