    dont rule out spider mite damage....google spider mite damage images and read ....look under leaves for signs could be a combo mites/fert burn ect flush daily w/ water only and spray w/ einstein oil or malathoin:mug:

    food dehydrator? cost about 19 bucks will dry your hops in hours

    pictures taken 4/20 hops are doing great, water everyday in this heat around 7 foot mark, really taking off you can almost watch em grow from morning til night late bloomer toms looking good

    i dont do all grains but, i have made this mini mash recipe and it was just as you described 7 lbs. amber malt extract 1-1/2 lb. domestic special pale malt 1 lb. medium crystal malt 1/4 lb. Biscuit malt 1/4 lb. Aromatic malt 1/2 lb. chocolate malt 1 oz. Amarillo hops (bittering)...

    steeping multiple grains

    thanks, i was straing thur large nylon bag...not collander i dont think i have to worry about the hot side aeration at 160 still has to boil/flame off/add extract/ back to boil prior to hops....thanks

    do you HAVE to use a bag at all? meaning that if i steeped my loose grains in a few gallons of 150-160 deg water and strained that into another pot for boil? just asking because i have a few pots and the bags always seam to tightly packed once grains swell and i find myself mashing them like...

    lol....ive actually done this....option#1 wait for cones and smell em / take a SWAG (scientific wild ass guess) option#2 possibly contact the sorce of ur rhizomes and ask i was able to tell the fuggles from the cenntenial with the suppliers help....next time sharpie marker is ur friend 3...

    Hello from North Houston

    I have done both, i usually just stick with partial mash (4 kids=no extra time) on my all-grain i didnt use any expensive eqip, just a 10 gallon igloo water cooler w/ mesh for steeping grain soak quite easy really and worked great.
