Yeah I like supporting the local shops as much as I can afford to. Its nice to have people to talk to and ask questions to and support the local community.

cool. I was a little worried if they were too old. But than i never really know what years the hops are from my local home brew shop.

Looking at my hop options and this is one I have never used before. What are peoples thoughts is this a good dry hop addition for IPAs? Also not sure on the year of the hops I have used but these are 2017 but a really good deal.

Looking at getting a vacuum sealer but reading alot of mixed reviews you guys all still like yours?

going down to Chile so not sure if I bring my oxygen set up (minus the tank) if it will fit even if they do weld. Also trying to find that kind of thing might be difficult. I will be living in a fairly remote part of the country not really a Home Depot around every corner.

Something about after a while they dont push through the aeration stone. I read it on one pump on amazon and another review on norther brewers pump. I don't think I will be able to get pure o2 where Im going.

Sorry trying to scroll through this whole thread, but it seems people are using two different types of enzymes. Amyloglucosidase and amylase the costs are a lot different do they both work?

Where Im moving I wont be able to get O2 so I was thinking I would bring an aquarium pump with me. Any out there that are really bad or really good. Reading the reviews on a few they all sound the same. Over time they start to fail.

Also does anything else compare as far as the internet goes spearheading a group buy so 30 lbs worth of hops. Quality and price are just as important

Sounds like a good option most people seem stoaked and as much as I like to support the local shop I can the hops online for 5-6 dollars less. Might give them a try to save some money. Just need some way to vacuum seal now.

Ok I saw the 12.5 ppm but how do I measure that sounds in grams per liter of water?

If I didn't have a choice but Iodine to sanitize how would you go about using it? how much per gallon? Set time? Dry time?
