    First Batch deserves First Label

    Nitro Beers, Other Than Stout

    This summer I put my house pale ale on nitro. Lost a little hop aroma and bitterness, but it made it dangerously smooth to drink. It was very similar in flavor.

    50th Batch

    Congrats on reaching 50! My 50th was my house pale ale that I turned into a dogfish head 120 minute monster. Lucky I was able to hit the 20% ABV. It was an exciting adventure and a beer that I had to babysit everyday. Will not forget that batch. Still have a few bottles aging!

    Military Bar Build

    I was able to finish the electrical and shelving today, but not the door. All in all it was not as hard as I thought it would be. So far there have not been any fires or outlets shooting out sparks! Sorry for some of the low quality pictures. My cell phone camera was not cooperating.

    That could work. I want to still be able to use the top while it is "closed". I wonder If I could make a pair of legs that could be inserted? Just spit balling here. That way I don't have to worry about destroying anything above the bar when I want it to be a table.

    DFH 120ish Stlye Beer - advice needed!

    Beer Update! It finished at 1.010. A little low for my likes, but it is what it is. It tastes hot. Kinda like sipping whiskey! Just labeled the bottles today. I think they turned out pretty good. Might wax the tops.
