When is the best time to add extra water?

I add my extra water after the wort cools before I pitch my yeast. That is what the book I read when I started said to do.

I used BrewVint Yeast Fuel in my most recent brew. It never got out of hand but was a steady bubbling for a good 6 days.

    Hi!

Well a little over a year ago a friend of mine started. I think I started a few days after it sounded like too much fun. Since then, I have done 6 batches, and have bought a kegerator and 2 cornie kegs and a wort chiller. Kegging is the way to go for sure. Brew 1 Pilsner kit. Brew 2 I tried...

    Cherry Wheat

My last batch was a raspberry wheat, and according to the people that help me drink it, it was the best yet. I started with 1 pound of fresh raspberry in a mesh bag and boiled them for 15 minutes in the water that would become my wort. As soon as I was done boiling them, I placed them in a...

    Hot Summer

float CO2 in 2ndary? This batch was only my 7th batch and will only be my second time kegging. I am not too sure of what you are asking. I don't normaly do anything except rack to the secondary, put the lid and airlock on and let it sit another week.

How many kegs do you guys own?

    Hot Summer

It has gotten too hot to brew, so I ordered a saison kit. Some things I noticed, and would like some feed back on. Background: Temp when I started this batch was 90 to 100f out, and I don't have a good way to controll my fermentation temp. Brew day everything went perfect, from cleaning to...
