I am thinking of going NG to my shop.

I found if you use oxyclean that if can remove the labels in about an hour. then place them back in and let soak longer. It will 'eat' most of the sticky leaving little to no work. Some brand's glue is worse however.

update: I got all 45 bottles done up. I used oxyclean to clean/remove labels, I used PBW to clean. IO to sanitize. I also made ribeye steaks w/shrimp for dinner. I also had a half bottle left over so I drank it, it does taste good, No off flavors but I want more hops. I hope more comes out...

what you do with emails left to you are your business. Unless when you gathered them you explicitly said they won't be used for any purpose then the purchase, you are clear to go. Especially since they may opt out.

planning on bottling this Saturday. 28 days after pitching. How long should I bottle condition at room temp then cold temps? I bought two cases of Kirkland beer for bottles. I figured that was a better route then buying empty bottles. although, 22's seemed like a good idea.
