So, anyone here experimented with squid ink? Ever since i heard about the Gose style i think about doing one with squid ink, and i will do it soon, but i have really no ideia about how much to use. Will probably try to find a clean berliner weisse, so i can try to put a few drops and test it...

Ok, just to update this, apparently i was just overreacting, the bottle that made me desperate was the last one that i filled, so it clearly carried a lot of the trub hops with it. Opened another bottle, and is totally different, still got a slight harsh, but very little, and the beer is nice...

Not of neipa, did that one because my brother asked to. Next one i will remake the dubbel i love, to purge all that hops from my system!

Yes, i was thinking it, i had a lot of care trying to not oxidize it on bottling... Think will just do the patience thing (im not good at it, so i need the practice)

I dont care much for not knowing the aa% composition, i would use it for more experimental things, just testing and seeing how it goes. I have a garden and will just plant just a couple, space will not be a problem.

oh, and 10g/l was not right of me, it was 9g, still high, i know

opened a new bottle yesterday, the carbonation and the gravity was the same for now. But i really doubt things will change too much at near 0ºc. But you managed to scare and i will make the sacrifice off drinking the glass botles as fast as possible!

So, anyone have any experience making hop extract? Im currently experiencing on making a hop liqueur, and was considering ways to get a bit more aroma than im getting from just "hot water"

they are all very cold now, so i think im safe from it getting more carbonation. But will come back here with more information when i open some more on saturday.

yes, i forgot to mention that i brewed at a hotter temp, trying to finish it earlier and give it some body. But i agree that it could still have some small work to be done there, i used most plastic bottles because of that
