    Squid Ink

So, anyone here experimented with squid ink? Ever since i heard about the Gose style i think about doing one with squid ink, and i will do it soon, but i have really no ideia about how much to use. Will probably try to find a clean berliner weisse, so i can try to put a few drops and test it...

    bottled my neipa too soon

Ok, just to update this, apparently i was just overreacting, the bottle that made me desperate was the last one that i filled, so it clearly carried a lot of the trub hops with it. Opened another bottle, and is totally different, still got a slight harsh, but very little, and the beer is nice...

Hi, was making my first neipa, lots of dryhopping and hopstand, cold crashed it for 6 days and bottled it for bottle conditioning. Opened the fisrt one today after 8 days of conditioning, its already fully carbonated, but had a good amount of hop burn, and there is a good amount of hop still in...

    Hops for hot weather

I dont care much for not knowing the aa% composition, i would use it for more experimental things, just testing and seeing how it goes. I have a garden and will just plant just a couple, space will not be a problem.

    The Fastest Saison alive

opened a new bottle yesterday, the carbonation and the gravity was the same for now. But i really doubt things will change too much at near 0ºc. But you managed to scare and i will make the sacrifice off drinking the glass botles as fast as possible!

    The Fastest Saison alive

yes, i forgot to mention that i brewed at a hotter temp, trying to finish it earlier and give it some body. But i agree that it could still have some small work to be done there, i used most plastic bottles because of that

    The Fastest Saison alive

Hi, just to share this experience, i challenged myself to try doing a really fast beer to drink with some friends on a event that was very near (i had 10 days). I decided to try a very fast saison, with no temperature control for fermentation. Got and OG at 1.038 (i targeted higher, but i...

    Hops for hot weather

Hi, i live in a small beach city in brazil, we have a kinda hot climate here and i was considering growing some hops on my garden, just for fun and tests. Do we have any variations that would behave good in tropical conditions?
