How do u pitch two different yeasts for one beer?

We accidentally made a starter from some us 04 slurry and hefe yeast. Realized it as I dumped it in to the flask but it came out amazing. Took an honorable mention in the Michigan brew cup. Try it out and see what happens!

    My Weldless Build Using Strut

I went with a ball valve followed by a gate valve to each burner to help control the flame. Start it higher then needed and slowly work down to keep the blue flame. They are finnicky but are great and cheap burners. Im hoping to post some more pics soon.

Brewed on mine twice now. The zinc will burn off and flake away and honestly its 12 gauge steel. I don't suspect that the steel will weaken to the point of being a concern for many years. The first time you use it give yourself some good ventilation and you should be fine.

Easy actually. Search for btu natural gas charts. Figure out length and diameter of pipes and appliance load. Improper load can starve your furnace and shorten its lifespan

Looks great, make sure you have the proper btu rating by the time you hit your burners. But I did the gravity fed design.

    BeerSmith 2.0 Question

I did my choco cherry stout under sweet stout, and if its the boozy version, imperial stout. This is a good program though to realize that our personal recipes are not necessarily within scheduled guidelines.

    My Weldless Build Using Strut

I was, I just posted my build using this stuff. It seems pricey from g-p llc is all I was going for. Their brackets and service are amazing though.
