    According to the 1966 tecumseh service book, the compressor was manufactured Jan 13th 1969. Odd thing is, it also shows that format tag was only used from 58-64. As far as door gaskets I would try a place called Refrigeration Hardware Supply. 1-800-423-2446

    Add DME, sticks to bag!

    I dip the bag in the wort. It gets the last of the powder. It's at the beginning of the boil so it will be sanitized. Clean up is easy, just throw away the bag. Sent from somewhere using Home Brew

    Bottle cleaning tips

    +1 Oxy clean and hot water. Stuff from the bottom will float out. Be sure to rinse very well, and dry them upside down until you're ready to sanitize and fill.

    Curious how this is doing. My first batch 5 weeks ago was this beer, and it needed a blow off tube for days 2 through 5. I know a lack of airlock activity doesn't mean there's no fermentation
