What would you suggest to substitute some of the Crystal for? I don't remember Harpoons Winter Warmer being overly sweet so I may have misjudged.

I was going for something like harpoons winter warmer, but am very inexperienced with creating recipes. I guess I'm just trying to make sure I'm not setting myself up for something that is going to taste terrible. My last extract beer tasted good but very weak/light so I'm trying to avoid that.

No I don't think so...there is one labeled in here for the oven and I have a gas water heater. Very strange, I have searched the whole house and can't find another box.
