in my opinion i think ro water is not really necessary for brewing water it strips all the minerals out of it i just use a simple whole house filter with a carbon filter to remove any chlorine and other chemicals in the water that will produce off flavors but its really your decision in the end

also forgot to mention that the stout was carbonated with only co2 and still got a decent cascade similar to what you would get from a sparkler tip on a beer engine its a cheap alternative to a proper stout tap but not really a replacement for a stout tap and beer gas mix

depends on how much chocolate flavor you want i used 4 oz in my chocolate milk stout and it was plenty for that style of beer.

primary all grain boh pilsner 1.050 og 1 week fermenting all grain chocolate cherry oatmeal porter (possible imperial) 1.072 og 1 day fermenting kegged and drinking coopers ripa (coopers ipa with grain)

This is my setup it's not perfect but it costed less then 20 dollars canadian total
