I think in the case of the stir plate, you can build one that would be equivalent to a higher priced stir plate and it would still cost less than the cheapest one you could find. I always feel I could just buy the cheap one, but I never want just the cheap one. I wan't a bada$$ one.

I think you should add some indicator to the list that shows which beers have been confirmed as conditioned with their primary fermenting strain. Lots of beers have yeast in them but I wouldn't want to waste time with a bottling strain. Anyways good job thus far. I think a good list like this...

seems like a pretty cheap way of effectively boosting the alcohol level, and I think that is a very desirable thing. I just wanna know how many people use sugar, vs a professional boost kit or maybe their own home concoctions? any other success stories?
