    Cream ales and American lagers for me. I'd have to check where I landed on my cream ale recipe, but I make a simple lager thats 80/20 with 2 row/corn ratio. Love it.

    HB vanilla honey porter while brewing. One of the last batches that I completely bottled. Thought I only had a few left but found another 18 bottles. Brewed last February but still holds up respectably.
