Came across this cute little keg and was wondering if there was any point in fermenting a lambic in something like this? Can't have a huge barrel as it's only myself, but would this serve a purpose for a one man lambic operation?

I'm not fermenting nearly 4 weeks. Two week fermentation and I don't secondary. I guess this seems to be a normal thing. I'll try the whirlpool next time.

Just used this on a Bling Pig clone. Took 36 hours to go bonkers. Definitely a lot longer then the US-05 I used before they went crazy with the pricing.
