STC 1000 "Ebay" Temperature Controller Build

I apologize in advance if this has already been covered, but I didn't turn anything up in my searches. This weekend I assembled the parts at Home Depot to build a temp controller using an STC-1000 and 2 decora duplex outlets. For the enclosure, I chose one of the blue Carlon 3-gang outlet...

    Label Removal Thread

I normally soak bottles in a used PBW solution in a 5 gallon bucket at room temp. I recently put some Deschutes (Bend, OR) bottles and an Elysian (Seattle) bottle in at the same time. The Deschutes labels fell right off while the Elysian label was like new.

Frigidaire Model FRC445GB Mini-Fridge Kegerator Conversion

And the model they sell at Best Buy is BFPH44M4LM. It apparently has a less intrusive door design than the Lowe's model. I was able to get Best Buy to match the Lowe's price when I bought mine.

First time kegging few basic questions, have researched

11-12 PSI at 65F will only get you to about 1.5 volumes of CO2. To get started you might consider carbonating with corn sugar for any kegs that won't fit in your fridge since they'll be at a warm temp for a month anyway. Otherwise you're looking at something more than a basic CO2 setup since...

    No Carbonation?!

6 days is probably not a long enough time for bottle conditioning. At what temperature were the bottles stored? Give them 2 more weeks at 70 and I bet you'll be fine.

Places to fill corny keg in Portland, OR?

Occidental Brewing in St. John's has this on their website: "Corny keg fills: You may need to leave your corny for a couple days depending on timing and availability. Please clean it prior to bringing it in. We'll inspect it and sanitize it. We won't fill a dirty corny. If you want us to...
