    I thought I had posted that. Sorry My S.G. was 1.140. 32 Brix, measured with refractometer. I did state that the gravity was 32 Brix in the #2 thread. FYI ..... It is bubbling away very nicely this morning. Last night the gravity was at 1.120, when I added the nutrients and aerated.

    I finally got 4 meads going ....

    So I haven't done much with these lately. I degassed the traditional, and took a reading. It is sitting at 1.036. Just letting them sit for now. I moved them back into my "cooler" room, in the basement. It's under 60* in there. I will rack them when I get time.
