    Big Hoppy IPA

    This beer came out AWESOME! Although I slightly altered the beer, I have to give most of the credit to Matt for nailing the fermentables ratio. I think the recipe would prob work good for any citrus hop, it is a perfect platform for the the aromas and flavors.

    Will a very small sanitizer anchor in the bottle ruin the beer?

    When using one-step I always alow everything to dry or I wipe dry with a paper towel. The reason it is important to do this is that it is the oxidation process that does the sanitizing. The solution has not fully oxidized until it has dried.

    I have heard agitation is good as long as you have an airlock or blow off tube on your fermenter.
