I use brewfather. Not only does it perform ph calculations, but it can also connect to the grainfather controller and send the recipe directly to the unit.

Got to play Caledonia and True Blue in South Carolina last week. Both were great, but Caledonia really blew me away. There is one hole at True Blue that forms into 2 different greens. Sometimes it’s a dogleg left, sometimes a dogleg right.

Thanks for the response. I'm intrigued because it seems to have a lot attachments and options, but of course, those all cost a lot more. On the grainfather, I send my recipe to the controller, dough in when it tells me the strike temp is met, and then walk away while it mashes/recirculates...

What makes the brewtools more hands on than the other systems? For comparison, I use a Grainfather 30L.

better hop filtering would solve my biggest complaint. At that point my only hesitation really is that I’ve become lodo-curious and it’s difficult to achieve on an all in one. But the ease of use is probably worth that compromise

Thanks for sharing this. I planned to focus on color/appearance on my next few brews and would like to develop a base yellowish and a base orangish color. Do you happen to know roughly where these fall on the SRM scale in your software?

Do these ball lock caps serve any function other than carbing in the uKeg? Just curious because I got a uKeg today, and I don't intend to carbonate beer in it, but it seems like the sort of thing I'd find some use for, like purging the growler?
