My drinking varies a lot, but at the maximum it is 5 times per week, and 10-12 drinks per week. Sometimes I'll go a month or two without any alcohol at all. Right now I'm trying to build up my supply of 22oz bottles so its on the higher end!

I vote for best DIY for under $1.00! I've used it twice now and I'm loving it. I showed it to the guy who got me into brewing (not on HBT) and thoroughly impressed him.

Does it have a drain? I know a lot of the cheaper coolers in the 48-50 qt range don't. If it doesn't it might make the cooler build a bit more complicated. Good luck!

I just bottled my LLH yesterday, and can't wait to try it in a few weeks! I think I'm going to brew another batch soon!

I just bottled mine today. I left it in primary for the full three weeks. Of course I had to sample it, and it was awesome. Looked, tasted, and smelled great! I can't wait to try it again once it's carbed up and ready to go!

I learned that I apparently syphon at the third grade level... When trying to rack to my bottling bucket with my auto syphon it stopped with about a gallon left. I could not for the life of me get it started back up. I tried tilting the carboy, holding the syphon off the dry hops/trub...

So I just drank another nugget nectar. Carbonation seems perfectly fine. The first one that I had wasn't that cold (I was excited to try it!) and may caused the flat review.
