    I picked up 2 kegs this week to make keggle and hlt I know one is for sure stainless it's stamped 304 ss But I'm not sure about this one. Does anyone have one of these and know for sure if it's stainless or aluminium?

    Picked up 2 kegs for 40 bucks today one is stainless other is aluminum. Plan is to use one for hlt with herms coil and the other as boil kettle. I have a cooler mash tun that I'll use as the third vessel. this will be a slow build but this is a start. Time to cut this thing up and drill some holes

    If you were to wash dry yeast after primary. Could you make a starter from it before repitching? I know you aren't supposed to make a starter when pitching dry, so Im unsure about after washing. Cheers
