The resemblance is uncanny! The reason Bobby (A Spike Dealer BTW and an awesome one at that!) and us come up with similar products is because we are both so in tune with the market. I'm sure he'll see this thread and chime in as well. The steam condenser was not invented by our engineering team...

Because some people want to use the blow off during primary and then close the valve and switch over to spunding to naturally carbonate their beer. The additional ports allow this to be done without opening the fermenter and exposing to oxygen. We didn't invent the fermenter however when...

You might be surprised what a 2” bottom dump does. It offers a 90% larger surface area than the 1.5” and makes a huge difference!
