Ha! I know the feeling, but I figure I can always brew more!

Oh, cool, so I can enter my saison into 25B Saison and the New Entrant category? Nice to know, I thought it had to be a separate beer. I have plenty left in the keg to get 6 bottles.

Sounds awesome, too bad I'll be stuck in lovely Lawton, OK!

I'm hoping to enter 4 solo beers and one team beer this year, which will be my first. I won't be able to attend the actual event, though.

I'll be there as well, as Steel Rain Brewing. Entering a Belgian quad.

I was there. My saison took gold! We got there a little later in the afternoon, so we got stuck on the backside, facing away from the brewery.

I will be there with my wife as Steel Rain Brewing. I'll be pouring an IPA and a hoppy saison. My wife will also be selling the dog treats she makes from my spent grains (our dog goes nuts for them).

Looking forward to trying out some of y'all's homebrew this weekend!

They pop up on Craigslist all the time, that where I got mine.

I got one pretty quick. You might email them at [email protected] and ask if they got it. They've replied back to several questions I've asked them within a day or so each time.

Kegging most of the saison I'm entering this weekend. I'll probably bottle around a gallon, to have the three for the entry and a few extras to sample. I haven't had time to get a setup working to bottle from the keg. Hopefully the IPA is ready to keg/bottle in a week, I leave on the 29th for...

I'd be interested, for sure. I don't have much to share at the moment, though, all my beer I have fermenting right now is earmarked for Labor of Love, and my kegs are all empty. :-(

My first time with this yeast. Got a SMASH (Pilsner/Cascade) saison fermenting for 12 days now. OG of 1.045, it was down to 1.006 yesterday. Sample tasted great! I love this yeast so far.

Here's the email I got after signing up: I replied asking how much per entry and they came back and told me three bottles.

3 bottles per entry is what you submit. Entries are due by 8/17 to either DEBC or Homebrew HQ.
