    Boston micro brews

Did the harpoon your over Sam Adams - glad I did. The setup is awesome.! The beer hall and pretzels was great and the tasting room during the tour was cool. I also liked how they have us green beer to try. It was their IPA and you can notice a lot f similarities to home brewed green beer so...

    Coffee on nitro

Adam do you carbonate the coffee first with just co2 - at low volume of maybe 1 or 1.5 volumes like you would a stout and then hook it up to the nitro Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

Brew Bucket by SS Brewing Technologies

I was debating between deep woods and the brew bucket. Easy decision now with the price hike. I can get a thermowell added to the deep woods product and still pay less

Brewing an IPA using Lager yeast (Wyeast 2124)

The California lager yeast is meant to ferment warm at ale temps so I don't think that is a good comparison IMO

Brewing an IPA using Lager yeast (Wyeast 2124)

Having not done a lager yeast at an ale temp but reading about it I would suspect terrible off flavors and a undrinkable beer. Why not just make the ipa with the lager yeast and ferment at normal lager yeast temps? You'll end up with a clean yeast profile allowing the hops to shine

    Pale Ale Input

For grapefruit apa I would probably use cascade and Amarillo it will give you a nice citrus flavor. Tangerines a little grapefruit. For cactus -Maybe summit and chinook

    Coffee on nitro

No you we've it on beer gas so while there is some co2 it's thick and creamy like a stout. The one I had at the bar didn't taste fizzy at all. Found some cold brewed recipes online and will go from there. Living in Texas this will be a perfect way to keep the stout faucet occupied on 100...
