    Question.. I've heard folks claim to have their batches bubbling for over 4 weeks. i made a batch last week (wed)... today is monday.. it stopped bubbling over the weekend. nottingham ale yeast.. 3 gal of juice from concentrate.. with ascorbic acid added.. no perservatives...

    I went ahead and decided to cut to the end and give what these folks said were the best upgrades.. Here there are in order of importance(i.e. do #1 first) (the start talking about it at about 1hour and 17 minutes) and these are the top 5 upgrades to make better beer.. (not sure about #2)...

    I kegged my Mild last night.. It had completely fermented out.. If I had used the shake-the-keg quick carb method i could have had a glass last night. that would be 7 days.. i could have probably had it in 5 or 6 because I think the fermentation was done that soon. by this "reasoning"...

    I cleaned my corny keg last night and when I was putting it back together i didn't see a small rubber seal to go on the gas in post... there is one still on the bev. out post but not the short little plastic gas in. do I have to have one or would a heavy dose of teflon tape do the job till...
