I live in southern AZ and deal with the same issue. I spent about 400 on a minisplit and it works great. Has heat too for the winter.

Aw, that sucks. Sorry about that. If it turns out that you love it, I can mail you a replacement. It's pretty different. I can see how people would like it, but it definitely wasn't something I'd want a ton of.

They arrived! Thanks @Yeroc. I can't wait to try it, and the labels look awesome. Man, I feel like I wimped out on the labels this year. Art isn't a strength of mine so I farmed out that chore to my kids. Oh well, they enjoyed it.

I'm not sure who in their right mind would want more than 3 bottles of Gruit. After I made this stuff, I went to my hops supply and gave it a hug.

I thought it was 3 bottles at the start, but maybe I missed a change. I have 36 bottles of Gruit packaged so I'm down to send up to that.

How cold? In my experience, diptubes are the first thing to freeze and when they draw beer through the ice crystals it will pour straight foam. Just one other thing to check.
